By accessing or using VectaStack's website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services to send spam, malicious content, or infringing material.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

VectaStack owns all right, title, and interest in the Services, including all related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Where applicable, fees and billing terms will be set out in a separate order form or subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and at minimum a reasonable standard of care.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectaStack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
