By accessing or using VectaStack's website, applications, AI-powered tools, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to derive source code from the Services.
• Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
• Generate spam, malware, phishing content, or harmful automated content.
• Attempt to bypass security protections, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
• Use automated systems or bots in a manner that excessively burdens the platform infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach involving your account.

Certain Services may require paid subscriptions or usage-based billing. Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable limits will be displayed during purchase or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue paid plans at any time.

VectaStack's AI-powered features generate outputs based on user inputs and machine learning systems. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and verifying generated outputs before use, publication, or reliance. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

VectaStack and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, infrastructure, branding, designs, and related intellectual property. Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Services. Subject to applicable law, users own generated outputs produced specifically for them through the Services. These Terms do not grant any ownership rights in VectaStack's technology or platform infrastructure.

You may not use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote illegal content, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, scams, copyright infringement, malicious software, or deceptive automated content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, excessive, or harmful usage.

Users of VectaStack's WhatsApp CRM features are responsible for complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies and all applicable laws. Users must obtain any required customer consents before sending messages and may not use the Services for spam, unsolicited communications, prohibited content, or activities that violate Meta's policies. VectaStack reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to WhatsApp-related features if misuse is detected.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of customer information, contacts, messages, files, and other content submitted to the Services. Users represent that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases required to process such data through the Services.

Certain features of the Services may rely on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers, analytics systems, authentication services, and payment processors. VectaStack is not responsible for outages, failures, or limitations caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectaStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VectaStack and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, security risks, legal requirements, or platform integrity concerns.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

While we strive to maintain reliable access to the Services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance activities, security measures, upgrades, third-party outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
