Certain AI requests may be processed using trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers. We do not use private customer inputs to train proprietary foundation models owned by VectaStack. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and users are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated outputs before use.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting providers, analytics platforms, authentication providers, payment processors, email delivery services, customer support systems, and AI infrastructure providers. When customers use VectaStack's WhatsApp CRM features, we may process customer phone numbers, message content, message metadata, delivery statuses, conversation history, and related communication records solely for providing messaging, customer support, automation, CRM, and business communication services. Such processing is performed in accordance with applicable laws and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform requirements.

We may rely on trusted third-party providers to operate and improve the Services. Depending on the features used, these providers may process information on our behalf.
